Website Development

The extremes for website development can be enormous, ranging from a few hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Cost relates directly to the complexity of your website. We keep things easy and simple by offering only three distinct packages:

1.  Developmental — $399.95 for a basic 2- or 3-page website
2.  Advanced — $599.95 for a 5- to 6-page website
3.  Custom — Negotiated

If you have a state-of-the-art computer, advanced computer knowledge, up-to-date software programs, and plenty of available time to learn things like HTML codification, you might be considering a “do it yourself” approach. In that light, we offer a very important message:  Proceed with caution!!

We know a successful auto mechanic, who employs nearly a dozen technicians, who’s determined to create his own website. So far, he’s invested more than $250 in software and more than 100 hours of his time. He acquired a domain name at the full price of $70, but he has yet to locate a “host” to serve his website, but he’s still several months away from being “online.”  He charges $70 per hour to repair automobiles, so he figures he’s already invested nearly $10,000 in this project!

Another businessman we know remains convinced that his son should create his website—despite more than six months, some additional investment in hardware and software, and many “discussions” about the way the site should look. The father and son are still on speaking terms—but their site’s still not on the World Wide Web.

In both instances above, we would have charged no more than about $600—and both sites would have been on the Internet within a few weeks.

Domain Registration

You can secure your own “dot-com” domain name by registering it yourself. The current cost is $70 for the first two years and $35 per year thereafter.

Website Hosting

Hosting can be confusing!  In addition to basic monthly charges, there are often many “add on” elements, such as setup charges, charges for email accounts, and additional costs for expanded bandwidth or capacity or security or e-commerce.

We offer flat monthly hosting rates, on our secure server, for as little as $9.98 per month (when paid annually). No setup charges. No email account charges. (Some additional costs may apply if you elect to engage in e-commerce, via our “Custom” programs.)

Search Engine Placement

We offer two options:

We will place your website in several of the most popular search engines for FREE. In most instances, this will be adequate for your needs.

Or…..we will submit your website in up to 600 search engines, for a one-time placement fee.

E-commerce Development

If E-commerce should appear viable to you at some point in the future, we’ll be happy to discuss the many alternatives with you.  Costs associated with E-commerce can vary from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars—and we will work with you to insure that your needs are met quickly, efficiently, and economically.
